摘要
建筑行业的快速发展,使建筑设备在房建项目中发挥着越来越重要的作用。论文介绍了建筑设备的可靠性理论和指标,对设备故障模式及影响因素进行了分析,并通过运用故障树分析法(FTA)和事件树分析法(ETA)等方法,实现了对建筑设备的故障识别、数据收集、可靠性评估与预测。研究结果表明,通过对建筑设备可靠性进行分析与应用,可以有效预防和减少设备故障,优化维护策略,降低设备寿命周期成本。
With the rapid development of the construction industry,construction equipment plays a vital role in housing construction projects.This paper introduces the reliability theory and index of building equipment,analyzes the failure mode and influencing factors of equipment,and uses the fault tree analysis(FTA)and event tree analysis(ETA)to realize the failure identification,data collection,reliability evaluation and prediction ofbuilding equipment.The results show that the analysis and application ofthe construction equipment reliability can effectively prevent and reduce the equipment failure,optimize the maintenance strategy,and reduce the life cycle cost.
