论“一带一路”背景下涉外警务人才培养模式的改革与创新

On the Reform and Innovation of the Training Mode of Foreign-Related Police Talents under the Background of"Belt and Road"

为“一带一路”倡议的实施保驾护航,需要大量涉外警务人才。目前全国有八所公安院校开设有涉外警务专业,专门培养涉外警务人才,但涉外警务专业人才培养在目前公安联考体制下面临一些挑战,此外涉外警务专业还存在学科专业不够成熟和师资队伍短缺等问题。为服务“一带一路”建设,推动构建人类命运共同体,有效应对涉外警务人才培养面临的挑战,提高人才培养质量,我们需要加强涉外警务学科专业体系建设、创新涉外警务人才培养模式、完善公安专业课程设置,深化涉外警务教学方式改革。

To ensure the implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative,we need a large number of foreign-related police personnel.At present,eight public security colleges across the country have set up foreign-related police professional training,but the training of foreign-related police professional training under the current public security joint examination system is facing some challenges,in addition,there are some problems such as the lack of maturity of the subject and the shortage of teachers.To serve the Belt and Road development,promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,effectively address the challenges faced by the training of foreign-related police personnel,and improve the quality of personnel training,we need to strengthen the construction of the professional system of foreign-related police,innovate the training mode of foreign-related police talents,improve the curriculum of public security,and deepen the reform of the teaching methods of foreign-related police.
