大数据思维下城市公共危机协同治理研究

Research on Collaborative Governance of City Public Crises under the Thinking of Big Data

当前,我国城市发展速度不断加快、规模日益壮大,公共危机事件的发生频率大幅增加。同时,由于公共危机呈现跨界性、跨区域性、跨层次性等新特点,治理面临更为严峻的挑战。基于大数据视角对城市公共危机协同治理进行研究,在阐述协同治理体系的基本构成要素及分析当前协同治理面临的困境基础上,对大数据思维在城市公共危机协同治理中的应用进行探讨,进而总结出以大数据思维提升城市公共危机协同治理成效的对策。

At present,the development speed and scale of cities in China which are constantly accelerating,the frequency of public crisis events has significantly increased.Meanwhile,due to the new characteristics of public crisis,such as cross-border,cross-regional and cross-level,governance is facing more and more severe challenges.We should conduct research on collaborative governance of city public crisis based on the perspective of big data,and exploring the application of big data thinking in collaborative governance of city public crisis on the basis of elaborating on the basic elements of collaborative governance system and analyzing the current difficulties of collaborative governance,so as to summarize the strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of collaborative governance of city public crisis through the thinking of big data.
