输电导线动态微应变在线检测装置研究

摘要 当输电导线频繁发生微风振动且持续时间较长时,容易引起导线断股、断线等事故,严重时会造成较大规模的断电,为此研究输电导线在线检测技术具有十分重要的现实意义。设计了一款基于ARM的动态微应变在线检测装置,设备的芯片选型主要从低功耗出发,对电源电路、电桥电路、信号调理电路等硬件电路进行了设计。为了便于实际应用,测量方式可在单臂、半桥和全桥之间自由切换。此外,在软件开发部分加入了数字滤波器的设计,可降低环境噪声对采集精度的影响,同时采用大容量SD卡存储历史数据。最后,通过试验验证了设计的动态微应变在线检测装置可完成对输电导线进行在线检测的任务。 The frequent breeze vibration on the transmission wire for a long time may result in wire breakage,and even serious power failure.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the online detection technology of transmission wire.A dynamic microstrain online measuring device based on ARM is designed.The chip selection of the device is mainly based on low power consumption,and the hardware circuits such as power supply circuit,bridge circuit and signal conditioning circuit are designed.In order to facilitate practical application,the measurement mode can be freely switched between single arm,half bridge and full bridge.In addition,the design of digital filter is added in the software development part,which can reduce the influence of environmental noise on the acquisition accuracy,and large-capacity SD card is used to store historical data.Finally,the experiment verifies that the dynamic micro-strain online measuring device designed in this paper can complete the task of detectingthetransmission wire online.
