摘要
基于基建项目自动智能投资统计开展全过程管理体系梳理。分析了基建项目自动智能投资统计管理要求,介绍了不同电压等级基建项目设计管理体系,包括监控指标、监控规则、系统支撑等,形成了由发展、建设、物资、财务等专业部门深度参与的基建项目全流程管控机制,重点监督项目全过程中各专业核心管理要点的信息准确性和管理合规性,实现项目建设的全过程动态监测和管控。
Based on automatic intelligent investment statistics of infrastructure projects,the whole process management system is sorted out.This paper analyzes the requirements for automatic and intelligent investment statistics management of infrastructure projects,introduces the design management system of infrastructure projects of different voltage levels,including monitoring indicators,monitoring rules,system support,etc.,and forms a whole-process control mechanism for infrastructure projects with the deep participation of professional departments such as development,construction,materials,and finance.It aims to monitor the information accuracy and management compliance of the core management points of each department in the whole process of the project,and realize the dynamic monitoring and control of the whole process of the project construction.
