绥中二期低低温电除尘改造可行性分析

摘要 使用除尘器节能提效是燃煤电厂重要的技术优化措施之一。对国华绥中二期2×1 000 MW机组的电除尘器进行了低低温改造可行性研究,介绍了除尘方案选型方法、低低温电除尘(LLT-ESP)技术特点,结合项目排放要求,选择采用了LLT-ESP工艺。提出了在低低温电除尘改造设计时酸露点和灰硫比两项重要参数的计算方法,并对该项目进行了详细计算,计算结果显示该项目适合应用低低温电除尘器,改造后除尘器出口含尘浓度从100 mg·m^(-3)左右降低到≤25 mg·m^(-3)。研究为燃煤电厂电除尘节能降碳改造提供了参考。 The energy saving and efficiency improvement of precipitator is one of the important technical optimization measures for coal-fired power plants.The feasibility study of low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(LLT-ESP)reform for Guohua Suizhong Phrase Ⅱ 2×1 000 MW unit is carried out.The selection method of dust removal scheme and the LLT-ESP technical characteristics are introduced,and the LLT-ESP technology is selected according to the emission requirements of the project.Two important parameters and calculation methods of acid dew point and ash/sulfur ratio are proposed in the LLT-ESP design,and the detailed calculation of the project is carried out.The calculation results show that the project is suitable for the application of LLT-ESP.The outlet concentration of the deduster is reduced from 100 m·m^(-3) to≤25 mg·m^(-3).This research provides a reference for the electric dust removal transformation for energy saving and carbon reduction in coal-fired power plants.
