Practice and thinking of quality inspection management for water conservancy projects in Jiangxi province

水利工程质量检测管理工作对于水利建设工程质量控制具有重要意义。本文从质量检测能力建设、体系建设、资质管理建设等方面梳理了江西省水利工程质量检测管理工作成效,分析了当前水利工程质量检测单位在从业人员、设施设备及环境、报告记录,以及检测行业取费等方面存在的不足,提出了进一步加强水利工程质量检测管理工作的对策及建议。

The management of quality inspection for water conservancy projects is of great significance for the quality control for the projects.This paper concludes the results of the management of quality inspection for the projects in Jiangxi province from the quality inspection ability construction,the quality inspection system construction,the qualification administration construction.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current shortages in the quality inspection organizations regarding their testers,facilities and environment,reports records,and the charge of detection industry.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the quality inspection and management of water conservancy projects in our province are put forward.
