杀菌剂联苯吡菌胺合成研究进展

Progress in synthesis research of bixafen

综述了近年来联苯吡菌胺及其关键中间体的合成方法,并对联苯吡菌胺的4条合成路线及2-(3,4-二氯苯基)-4-氟苯胺的13条合成路线进行了评述。以4-氟苯胺、3,4-二氯溴苯为原料,通过Suzuki偶联反应制备中间体2-(3,4-二氯苯基)-4-氟苯胺,然后与3-二氟甲基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-羧酸酯发生缩合反应合成联苯吡菌胺的合成方法最有工业化前景和研究价值。

The synthesis methods of bixafen and its key intermediates in recent years were reviewed,and 4 synthetic routes of bixafen and 13 synthetic routes of 2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-fluoroaniline were discussed.Using 4-fluoroaniline and 3,4-dichlorobromobenzene as raw materials,the intermediate of 2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-fluoroaniline was prepared by Suzuki coupling reaction,and then reacted with 3-(difluoromethyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-carboxylate to synthesize bixafen.This synthetic method has the most industrial prospect and research value.
