摘要
[目的]进行补骨脂种子提取物微囊悬浮剂的配方筛选及抑菌活性研究。[方法]以补骨脂种子提取物为母药,采用界面聚合法制备补骨脂种子提取物微囊悬浮剂,以微胶囊粒径、包封率作为评价指标。利用电子显微镜和激光粒度分布仪对微胶囊的外貌形态、粒径分布进行表征,采用菌丝生长速率法测定补骨脂种子提取物微囊悬浮剂的抑菌活性。[结果]补骨脂种子提取物微囊悬浮剂各组分质量分数为母药3%、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺9%、EL-407.5%、HMDI 5%、D-4253.5%、三乙醇胺1.5%,用水补足至100%。微胶囊外观为规则球形,外表光滑,平均粒径在1~3μm之间,包封率为92.01%。质量检测结果表明其有效成分含量、微胶囊悬浮率、pH值、热储稳定性及冷储稳定性均符合农药微囊悬浮剂相关要求。室内抑菌活性试验测得微囊悬浮剂质量浓度为1.5 mg/L时,对茶饼病菌的抑制率为96.59%,优于0.2%苯丙烯菌酮微乳剂和3%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂。[结论]通过配方筛选得到微囊悬浮剂最优配方,微胶囊囊形规则,外表光滑,粒径适中,符合农药微胶囊粒径要求,该微囊悬浮剂对茶饼病菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用。
[Aims]To screen the formula of Psoralea corylifolia L.seeds extract capsule suspension,and study the fungicidal activity of it.[Methods]The capsule suspension of P.corylifolia L.seeds extract were prepared by interfacial polymerization with P.corylifolia L.seeds extract as the technical concentrate.The diameter and encapsulation rate of microcapsules were used as evaluation indexes.The appearance and particle size distribution of the microcapsules were characterized by electron microscope and laser particle-size distribution analyzer.The fungicidal activity of the capsule suspension was determined by mycelium growth rate method.[Results]The mass percentage of each component of P.corylifolia L.seeds extract capsule suspension was:3%of the mother drug,9%of N,N-dimethyldecylamide,7.5%of EL-40,5%of HMDI,3.5%of D-425,1.5%of triethanolamine,and water supplemented to 100%.The microcapsules were rule and spherical in appearance,with a smooth surface and an average particle size of 1-3μm,and the encapsulation rate was 92.01%.The quality test results showed that the active ingredient content,microcapsule suspension rate,pH value,stability of thermal storage and cold storage stability all met the relevant requirements of pesticide capsule suspension.The inhibition rate against Exobasidium vexans Massee was 96.59%when the mass concentration of capsule suspension was 1.5 mg/L,better than isobavachalcone 0.2%micro-emulsion and polyoxin 3%wettable powder.[Conclusions]The optimal formula of capsule suspension was obtained by formula screening.The microcapsules have regular bursiform,smooth appearance and moderate particle size,which meet the requirements of pesticide microcapsule particle size.The capsule suspension has a strong inhibitory effect on the mycelium growth of E.vexans.
