我国科研成果评价三大核心制度研究综述与展望——兼论对体育科研成果评价制度的思考

科研成果评价制度不仅是科研成果评价体系的关键部分之一,也是科研成果评价的重要议题。基于当前科研成果评价制度的相关研究,对核心评价制度进行归纳与总结,可知其研究主要体现在同行评议制度的失信与完善、代表作制度的冷遇与热潮、评价监督制度的失范与细化方面,进而分析我国科研成果评价制度的研究进展和趋势,对我国体育科研成果评价制度的发展提出展望,即追求历史本源,加强本土创新;开放多元评价,优化评价主体;聚焦分类评价,推动融合评价;推进依法治评,保障评价监督。
