净菜切根包装一体机设计与试验

摘要 为解决国内现有净菜加工装备落后、适用性差、自动化程度低、去杂难、易损伤蔬菜等问题,该文设计了一种净菜切根包装一体机。以未切除根茎的茎叶类蔬菜作为原料,经过蔬菜切制、传输、拣选、计数包装、贴标、转运入库,同时完成加工废弃物收集输送,实现净菜切制包装一体化加工。试验表明,此设备各工序配合顺畅,执行机构运转顺畅协调,整机切根、拣选、包装作业效果良好,节约大量人力。 In order to solve the problems of backward equipment,poor applicability,low degree of automation,difficult to remove miscellaneous and easy to damage vegetables,a kind of root cutting and packaging machine for clean vegetables was designed.The stem and leaf vegetables without cutting the roots are used as raw materials,and the vegetables are cut,transmitted,selected,counted,packaged,labeled,and transported to the warehouse.At the same time,the processing waste is collected and transported to realize the integrated processing of cutting and packaging of pure vegetables.The test shows that the operation of each process of the equipment is smooth,the operation of the actuator is smooth and coordinated,and the operation of the whole machine cutting,picking and packaging is good,saving a lot of manpower.
