摘要
扩招政策的实施对高职辅导员队伍高质量开展思想政治工作提出了新要求。调查发现当前高职辅导员队伍呈现出队伍年轻化、学历层次高和配套政策足等优势,也存在职业能力素养待提升、职场工作经验待丰富和岗位角色定位待明确等不足。可通过提出精准角色定位,聚焦立德树人根本任务;注重能力提升,增强思想政治工作水平;创新工作路径,提升学生管理服务能力;加强职业规划,实现职业可持续发展等路径来实现高职辅导员队伍的职业化发展,加速构建高职院校思想政治工作体系,增强思想政治工作实效。
The implementation of the enrollment expansion policy has put forward new require⁃ments for the high-quality ideological and political work of vocational counselors.According to the sur⁃vey,it is found that the current team of vocational counselors has advantages such as youthfulness,high educational level and sufficient supporting policies.There are also deficiencies such as the promotion of professional competence,the enrichment of work experience and the definition of job role.The paths such as putting forward precise role orientation,focusing on the fundamental task of morality education,paying attention to the improvement of ability,strengthening the level of ideological and political work,innovating the working path,improving the ability of student management and service and strengthening the career planning can help us realize the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges,accelerate the construction of ideological and political work system and enhance the effective⁃ness of ideological and political work.
