针对由于缺乏足够的配电网自动化设备,导致配电网运行管理工作难以开展的情况,为实现现有的自动化系统数据的互联互通,有效地利用基础数据,提出一种智能终端数据接入配电网调度技术支持系统的方法,将已安装智能装置有序接入生产控制大区安全接入区,为配电网图模提供数据源,进行画面激活展示,实现对智能终端设备的在线监测。该系统在国家电网有限公司松原供电公司的应用,提升了配电网设备的有效感知和配电网供电的可靠性。

Due to the lack of sufficient distribution network automation equipment,it is difficult to carry out the operation and management work of the distribution network.In order to achieve the interconnection and exchange of existing automation system data and effectively utilize basic data,a method of integrating intelligent terminal data into the distribution network dispatching technology support system is proposed.The installed intelligent devices are orderly connected to the safety access area of the production control area,providing data sources for the distribution network model and displaying images through activation,realizing online monitoring of intelligent terminal devices.The application of this system in State Grid Songyuan Power Supply Company has improved the effective perception of distribution network equipment and the reliability of distribution network power supply.
