摘要
为积极响应落实《北京城市总体规划(2016-2035)》,应对未来发展机遇与高水位运行挑战,保障水库安全运行,开展官厅水库大坝建库以来长序列安全监测数据分析研究,至关重要。根据官厅水库1954年建库以来至今渗流和变形等长序列安全监测数据,从时间和空间2个维度,综合分析研究了渗流过程和变形过程的发展规律,分析大坝不同时期的渗流和变形特性,并对保障安全运行提出合理化建议。结果表明:大坝总体呈渗流稳定状态;大坝垂直位移和水平位移总体逐渐趋于稳定,FK0-029、FK0-010断面测点于2010年后半年平均垂直位移分别为-0.37、0.18 mm,水平位移分别为0.09、-0.004 mm。本研究为大坝建库以来长序列安全监测数据分析,具有一定的典型性和示范性,可为类似水库的安全运行提供借鉴。
In order to implement the Overall Urban Planning of Beijing(2016—2035),respond to future development opportunities and high water level operation challenges,and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,it is essential to carry out analysis and research on long-term safety monitoring data since the construction of the Guanting Reservoir Dam.Based on the long-term safety monitoring data of deformation and seepage of Guanting Reservoir since its construction in 1954,this article comprehensively analyzes and studies the development laws of seepage and deformation processes from both time and space dimensions.In addition,this paper analyzes the seepage and deformation characteristics of the dam at different periods,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for ensuring safe operation.The results indicate that the dam is generally in a stable state of seepage.The overall vertical and horizontal displacement of the dam gradually stabilized.This study is an analysis of long-term safety monitoring data since the construction of dams,which has certain typicality and demonstration,and can provide reference for the safe operation of similar reservoirs.
