成都市社区老年慢性病患者家庭坚韧性及影响因素分析

Analysis of family resilience and influencing factors of elderly chronic disease patients in Chengdu communities

目的:探讨成都市社区老年慢性病患者的家庭坚韧性及影响因素。方法:2022年1—6月随机抽取成都市5个社区,采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭坚韧性量表对其中150名老年慢性病患者的家庭主要照顾者展开调查,采用多元线性回归分析家庭坚韧性的影响因素。结果:社区老年慢性病患者家庭坚韧性总分为(56.02±2.28)分。老年慢性病患者年龄、合并慢性病数量、身体健康情况、服药依从性,照顾者文化程度、身体健康情况,家庭人均月收入,家庭居住地是社区老年慢性病患者家庭坚韧性得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:成都市社区老年慢性病患者家庭坚韧性处于中等水平,且受患者、照顾者及家庭多方面因素影响。社区服务人员应重视患者及照顾者的身心健康,并提供相应支持与指导。

Objective:To explore the family resilience and its influencing factors of elderly chronic disease patients in Chengdu communities.Methods:From January to June 2022,five communities in Chengdu were randomly selected to conduct a survey on the main caregivers of 150 elderly chronic disease patients using a general information questionnaire and a Chinese version of the Family Resilience Scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of family resilience.Results:The total score of family resilience for elderly chronic disease patients in communities was(56.02±2.28)points.Age,number of concurrent chronic diseases,physical health status,and medication adherence of elderly chronic disease patients,education level and physical health status of caregivers,per capita monthly income of families,and family residence were the influencing factors for family resilience scores of elderly chronic disease patients in communities(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family resilience of elderly chronic disease patients in Chengdu communities is at a moderate level,and it is influenced by various factors including patients,caregivers,and families.Community service personnel should attach importance to the physical and mental health of patients and caregivers,and provide corresponding support and guidance.
