沉积石墨烯铝基板传热特性实验与数值模拟

摘要 为探索表面沉积石墨烯对铝基材传热特性的影响,开展实验和数值模拟研究。利用纳米沉积方法制备了表面覆有石墨烯的铝基板,同时以同种规格的纯铝板作为参比对象,以考察前述2种铝基板的表面平均发射率和温升特性。研究结果表明:沉积石墨烯的铝基板和纯铝板表面平均发射率分别约为0.94、0.25,表面平均温度分别为81.6、97.2℃,沉积石墨烯铝基板相较于纯铝板散热表面更加均匀、升温速度提升约为40%。数值模拟结果表明铝基板沉积石墨烯表面温度降低约为20%。 In order to explore the effect of surface deposited graphene on the heat transfer characteristics of aluminum substrates,experimental and numerical simulation studies were conducted.An aluminum substrate coated with graphene was prepared using a nanodeposition method,and pure aluminum plates of the same specification were used as a reference object to investigate the average surface emissivity and temperature rise characteristics of the aforementioned two aluminum substrates.The results show that the average surface emissivity of the aluminum substrate and pure aluminum plate deposited with graphene is about 0.94,0.25,respectively,and the average surface temperature is 81.6℃,97.2℃,respectively.Com-pared with pure aluminum plate,the surface of the aluminum substrate deposited with graphene is more uniform,and the heating rate increases by about 40%.The numerical simulation results show that the surface temperature of graphene deposited on aluminum substrate decreases by about 20%.
