摘要
为了真实模拟机车车辆车体结构的承载工况,准确评估其安全性,文章阐述了车体结构的实际承载情况及运用需求,结合欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范(TSI)认证经验,从仿真工况的设定、结构的仿真建模方式和安全性评估方法等方面对车体结构强度进行分析,并提出了各相应的优化建议。
In order to truly simulate the load-bearing conditions of the car body structure for locomotive and rolling stock and accurately evaluate its safety,this paper elaborates on the actual load-bearing situation and application requirements of the car body structure.Combined with the certification experience of technical specification for interoperability(TSI),the car body structural strength is analyzed from the aspects of setting of simulation conditions,modeling methods for structural simulation and safety assessment methods,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.
