双层动车组客室-风道整体精细化建模仿真及优化研究

摘要 文章针对双层动车组客室内流场气流组织特性及设计难点,对客室-风道整体进行精细化建模,并评估了空调风道系统初始设计情况下的客室送风均匀性和气流组织特性,分析可优化的区域;基于分析结果,对双层动车组多层复杂风道结构内部进行了结构优化设计,并对风道优化后的双层动车组客室内流场气流组织特性进行仿真计算验证。结果表明:空调风道局部区域优化设计后,客室各风道的送风均匀性、客室区域微风速场及客室各层的风量分配都有改善,客室各层区域的送风量与设计目标理论风量更加接近。 This paper focuses on the characteristics of air distribution and design difficulties in the passenger room of double deck EMU,and conducts a refined modeling of the overall passenger room-air duct.The air supply uniformity and air distribution characteristics of the passenger room under the initial design of the air duct system are evaluated,and the areas that can be optimized are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the structure optimization design is carried out in the multi-layer complex air duct structure of double deck EMU,and the air distribution characteristics of the flow field in the passenger room of double deck EMU with optimized air duct are verified by simulation calculation.The results show that:after optimizing the design of the local area of the air conditioning duct,the air supply uniformity of each air duct in the passenger room,the breeze velocity field in the passenger room area,and the air volume distribution of each floor of the passenger room have been improved.The air supply volume of each floor of the passenger room is closer to the theoretical air volume of the design objective.
