摘要
为评价某动车组变压器柜体的结构强度,文章详细介绍了车辆设备的结构强度评价方法,并基于EN 12663-1:2014标准规定的静载荷工况和疲劳载荷工况进行了仿真计算。采用材料利用系数评价变压器柜体的静强度安全裕量,利用VDI 2230-1:2014标准提供的7个安全系数指标评价螺栓连接安全性,利用DVS 1612:2014标准提供的许用疲劳强度值和焊缝疲劳强度利用系数评价变压器柜体的焊接疲劳性能,采用模态分析得出的固有频率和模态振型特征评价变压器柜体的刚度。结果表明,变压器柜体的结构强度满足标准要求,且具有较高的固有频率,可以规避车体低频振动带来的影响。
To evaluate the structural strength of a certain EMU transformer cabinet,the structural strength evaluation methods of vehicle equipment are presented in detail,and the simulation calculations are carried out based on the static load conditions and fatigue load conditions specified in EN 12663-1:2014 standard.The static strength safety margin of transformer cabinet is evaluated by using material utilization coefficient,the bolt connection safety is evaluated by 7 safety coefficient indexes provided by VDI 2230-1:2014 standard,and the welding fatigue performance of transformer cabinet is evaluated by the allowable fatigue strength value and weld fatigue strength utilization coefficient provided by DVS 1612:2014 standard.The stiffness of transformer cabinet is evaluated by using the natural frequency and modal mode characteristics obtained from modal analysis.The results show that the structural strength of the transformer cabinet meets the standard requirements,and has a high natural frequency,which can avoid the influence of low frequency vibration of car body.
