标准地铁列车复轨架车方案研究

摘要 针对地铁列车转向架脱轨时的复轨救援需求,文章基于四种复轨架车方案的对比结果,分析了既有标准地铁列车车体结构在“一点顶升、一点横移”方案下的可行性,并对该方案进行初步强度校核,发现车体局部位置应力超标,有发生塑性变形的风险。基于此,对车钩安装座下盖板和复轨架车座结构进行优化,并采用有限元方法进行仿真验证,结果表明优化后的结构能满足该方案下的复轨架车需求。 In view of the demand of re-rail rescue when the bogie of metro trains is derailed,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the existing car body structure of standard metro train under the scheme of"one point lifting and one point transverse shifting"based on the comparison results of four kinds of underfloor lifting schemes for re-rail,and makes a preliminary strength check of the scheme.It is found that the stress of the local position of the car body exceeds the standard and there is a risk of plastic deformation.Based on this,the structure of the lower cover plate of the coupler mounting seat and the seat of underfloor lifting for re-rail are optimized,and the finite element method is used for simulation verification.The results show that the optimized structure can meet the requirements of underfloor lifting for re-rail under this scheme.
