摘要
针对HXD1型机车部分牵引电机转轴与齿轮轴的过盈配合面出现的裂纹失效问题,通过静力学、有限元分析方法,对电机转轴与齿轮轴在运行过程中的受力情况及其失效原因进行了分析,并基于分析结果对齿轮轴内油槽进行结构优化,解决了电机转轴、齿轮轴在运行过程中的应力集中问题,有效降低了过盈配合面油槽处的应力。
In response to the failure problem such as cracks on the interference fit surface of some traction motor shafts and gear shafts in HXD1 locomotive,the stress situation and failure reasons of the motor shaft and gear shaft during operation are analyzed by statics and finite element analysis methods.Based on the analysis results,the structural optimization of the oil groove inside the gear shaft is carried out to solve the stress concentration problem of the motor shaft and gear shaft during operation,effectively reducing the stress at the oil groove of the interference fit surface.
