干簧管式油位计通用型报警装置的研制

针对干簧管式油位计在长期运行后,由于干簧管破损导致误发油位异常信号,以及干簧管购置困难和更换工艺繁复的问题。研制一种通用型报警装置,可替换以干簧管为报警单元的传动轴心模块。具备安装简易、尺寸通用、成本低廉和可靠运行等特点,可显著提高油位计故障检修效率,降低油位计更换成本和原厂备品依赖性,提高企业经营效益。

In response to the problem that the oil level abnormal signal is probably mistakenly sent due to the damage of the reed switch after a long-term operation of the reed switch type oil level gauge,as well as the difficulty in purchasing the reed switch and the complexity of the replacement process.The article develops a universal alarm device that can replace the transmission shaft module with a reed switch as the alarm unit.It has the characteristics of simple installation,universal size,low cost,and reliable operation,which can significantly improve the efficiency of oil level gauge troubleshooting,reduce the cost of oil level gauge replacement and the dependence on original spare parts,and improve the business efficiency of the enterprise.
