摘要
2022年6月26日,220 kV某变电站35 kVⅠ组母线发生母线电压不平衡事故。调查显示,变压器低压绕组中性点未接地导致变压器电容不平衡,同时35 kVⅠ母线C相熔断器熔断,导致母线电压不平衡。文章分析了事故原因并总结现场操作和调度处置办法,提出事故预防措施,供运维人员参考。
On June 26,2022,a bus voltage unbalance incident occurred in the 35 kV I-phase bus of a certain 220 kV substation.Investigation revealed that the neutral point of the transformer's low-voltage winding was not grounded,resulting in capacitive imbalane in the transformer.Additionally,the C-phase fuse of the 35 kV I-phase bus was blown,leading to bus voltage unbalance.This paper analyzes the issues,summarizes the problems in on-site operations and scheduling,and provides recommendations for reference by operation and maintenance personnel.
