基于减排增汇潜力评价的区域生态安全格局优化研究——以南京都市圈为例

摘要 区域尺度减排增汇目标实现亟需城市协同治理和空间多要素统筹。本研究将城市尺度的减排增汇潜力评价与区域生态安全格局优化进行有效衔接,以南京都市圈为例,建立“城市尺度减排增汇潜力评价——栅格尺度生态安全格局重要性评价——区域国土空间生态源地识别与廊道判定”的多尺度融合分析方法。结果表明:①宣城、淮安、马鞍山、镇江减排增汇潜力较大,在区域分工中需承担更多减排增汇责任。②以减排增汇潜力评价结果作为空间修正依据进而识别出南京都市圈重要生态基底,主要分布于南部大片林地和大型湖泊、北部林草混合片区和大型湖泊,以及横穿都市圈中部的长江。③在都市圈内识别生态源地和廊道,作为实现双碳目标的重要生态保护和修复空间载体。 Regional reducing carbon emission and increasing carbon sink is in urgent need of coordinated governance and spatial multi-element integration.Taking Nanjing Metropolitan Area as an example,this paper proposed“potential evaluation of reducing carbon emission and increasing carbon sink at city scale-importance evaluation of ecological security pattern at grid scale-identification of regional ecological sources and corridors”technical route of multi-scale fusion and it could effectively link potential evaluation of reducing carbon emission and increasing carbon sink with the optimization of regional spatial pattern.The results showed that:①Xuancheng,Huaian,Maanshan and Zhenjiang had great potential for reducing carbon emission and increasing carbon sink.They need to bear more responsibility for reducing emission and increasing carbon sink in regional cooperation.②The important ecological bases were mainly distributed in the large forestland and lakes in the south of the metropolitan area,the forestland,grass land and large lakes in the north of the metropolitan area.The Yangtze River across the metropolitan area was also important spatial base of ecological security.③Ecological sources and corridors were identified as important space carrier for ecological protection and restoration to achieve the dual-carbon goal.
