摘要
采用生长速率法研究了甘肃省河西走廊玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)0号生理小种生物学特性。结果表明,病菌菌丝在5~40℃均可生长,适宜温度为25~30℃,最适温度28℃;最适pH为7~8;12 h/d光照+12 h/d黑暗环境有利于菌丝生长;最适碳源为葡萄糖与木糖,最适氮源为甘氨酸。病菌分生孢子产孢量最适温度28℃;最适pH为7;最适碳源为果糖和乳糖、木糖。分生孢子萌发的最适温度25℃;适宜pH为6~8;最适碳、氮源为葡萄糖和蛋白胨。半光半暗、全黑暗分别有利于产孢和孢子萌发。菌丝和分生孢子致死温度分别为55℃和57℃,10 min。
The growth rate method was used to study the biological characteristics of the physiological race 0 of Exserohilum turcicum in the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province.The results show that the pathogenic fungus hyphae can grow at 5~40℃,the suitable temperature is 25~30℃,and the optimum temperature is 28℃;the optimum pH is 7~8;12 h/d light+12 h/d darkness environment is beneficial to the mycelia growth;the most suitable carbon sources is glucose and xylose and the most suitable nitrogen sources is glycine.The optimum temperature for conidia production is 28℃;the optimum pH is 7;the optimum carbon sources is fructose,lactose and xylose.The optimum temperature for conidia germination is 25℃;the optimum pH is 6~8;the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources are dextrose and pepton.Half-light and half-darkness and total darkness are conducive to sporulation and conidia germination,respectively.The lethal temperature of hyphae and conidia are 55℃and 57℃for 10 mins,respectively.
