摘要
识别城镇化与生态环境耦合协调状态对区域可持续发展意义重大。以厦门市为研究对象,通过构建新型城镇化与生态环境综合评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型、相对发展度模型及Tapio解耦模型分析厦门市新型城镇化与生态环境的耦合协调规律及互动关系。结果表明:(1)研究期内厦门市城市生态环境与城镇化发展水平总体趋于优质;(2)研究期内厦门市城镇化与生态环境的耦合协调程度较好且整体呈现增长的态势;(3)厦门市城镇化指数与生态环境指数脱钩、连接与负脱钩关系反复出现,存在着较大的波动变化趋势。基于研究结果提出以下建议:厦门市要提升公共服务水平,走可持续城镇化道路;协调城市发展与生态保护,注重提升生态环境质量,同时要规范“多规合一”,创新厦门模式,从而促进厦门市城镇化与生态环境更进一步的协调发展。
It is of great significance for regional sustainable development to recognize the coupling coordination state between urbanization and ecological environment.Taking Xiamen city as the research object and constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of new urbanization and ecological environment,the coupling coordination law and interaction relationship between new urbanization and ecological environment in Xiamen are analyzed by the coupling coordination degree model,relative development degree model and Tapio decoupling model.The results are as follows:(1)The level of urban ecological environment and urbanization development in Xiamen has been on a high quality trend during the study period;(2)The coupling coordination degree between urbanization and ecological environment in Xiamen has been comparatively better,showing an overall trend of growth during the study period;(3)The decoupling,connection and negative decoupling between urbanization index and ecological environment index of Xiamen have appeared repeatedly,presenting a large fluctuation trend.Therefore,Xiamen city is advised to improve the level of public services,take the road of sustainable urbanization,coordinate urban development and ecological protection,pay attention to improve the quality of ecological environment,standardize the“multiple regulations”,and innovate Xiamen model at the same time so as to promote further coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in Xiamen.
