摘要
针对航空电连接器接触件保持力人工测量劳动强度大、效率低,而且会出现误检、漏检的问题,设计了一套基于视觉引导的电连接器接触件保持力检测系统。采用视觉系统对航空电连接器进行拍照,对采集到的图片进行图像滤波,阈值处理、圆形拟合、边缘检测等处理得到接触件的位置信息和编号。结合QT和OpenCV软件设计,实现了人机交互和检测结果的可视化。分别采用插针和插孔用于试验,试验结果显示接触件孔位识别坐标与真实坐标距离检测精度优于0.1 mm,编号匹配结果与实际编号一致,可以满足保持力自动化检测的需求。
Aiming at the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency of manual measurement of contact force of avionics connectors,and the problem of false detection and leakage,a detecting system of contact retention force of electrical connector based on visual guidance was designed.The vision system was used to take pictures of the avionics connectors,and the collected pictures were processed by image filtering,threshold processing,circle fitting and edge detection to get the position information and number of the contact parts.Combined with QT and OpenCV software design,human-computer interaction and visualization of inspection results were achieved.The pins and jacks were used for the test respectively,and the test results show that the detection accuracy of the distance between the identification coordinates of the contact hole and the real coordinates is better than 0.1 mm,and the number matching result is consistent with the actual number,which can meet the demand of automatic detection of retention force.
