This paper elaborates the exploration and practice of the supervision center from the background of the business reform of the director responsibility system,the positioning of supervision and the division of supervision responsibilities after the reform,the specific work and achievements of each specialty supervision,intending to build the engineering supervision team into an important pillar of the construction of modern first-class large oil and gas fields in Tarim,and to explore and form a set of supervision working mechanism and typical experience with Tarim characteristics.
