摘要
针对长庆油田井下作业安全生产管控实际,通过系统分析作业现场面临形势,构建油气田生产智能监测系统。通过4G通信技术传感器、无线传输系统、交换机、数据监控系统对井口数据采集应用,结合井场视频监控、视频储存、视频发布,完整展现油气田生产的实时概况,构建无线网络系统,远程监控与后台数据在组网中可靠、安全、高效传输,为提高油气田生产量和生产效率及安全生产管理提供保障。
In view of the actual safety production control of underground operation in Changqing Oilfield,an intelligent monitoring system for oil and gas field production is constructed through systematic analysis of the situation faced by the operation site.Based on the collection and application of 4G communication technology sensor,wireless transmission system,switch and data monitoring system to wellhead data,the real-time overview of oil and gas field productionis Completely displayed by well site video monitoring,video storage,and video release.Therefore,a wireless network system,remote monitoring and the reliable,safe and efficient transmission of background data in the network are constructed,which provides guarantee for safety production management and improvement of production volume and production efficiency of oil and gas fields.
