摘要
针对日益严峻的井下作业安全环保形势,开展带压作业技术在萨北区块的应用工作。通过应用分体辅助式带压作业技术,得出带压作业施工过程中油管规格为Φ73 mm和Φ89 mm允许最大井口压力分别为15.3 MPa和23.16 MPa,区块共应用100井次,显著提升了3 t以上高产井和措施井的产量恢复进度,年均多恢复产油0.74×104t,恢复注入量0.58×10^(4)m^(3)。带压作业技术提高了井下作业施工能力,消除了井控及安全环保风险,取得了较好的应用效果。
In view of the increasingly severe safety and environmental protection situation of downhole operations,the application of pressurized operation technology in Sabei Block was carried out.Through the application of split assisted pressure operation technology,it is concluded that the maximum allowable wellhead pressure in the construction process of pressure operation is 15.3MPa and 23.16 MPa respectively,and the block has been applied 100 times,which significantly improves the production recovery progress of more than 3 t high production and measure wells,and the average annual more oil recovery is 0.74×10^(4)t,while the injection was restored to 0.58×10^(4)m^(3).The pressure operation technology has improved the underground operation construction capacity,eliminated the well control and safety and environmental protection risks,and achieved a good application effect.
