摘要
对比分析了高模量沥青混合料BBME-13和SBS改性沥青混合料AC-13在级配、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗水损、动态模量、疲劳寿命方面的差异。结果显示:BBME的动态模量达16262 MPa,较AC-13提升了130.5%;70℃动稳定度超6000次/mm,较AC-13提升了68.4%;低温弯曲破坏应变两者基本一致,均超2800με。表明BBME-13在满足低温条件下,其抗变形能力、抗疲劳性能更突出,用于上面层可提升路面性能、延长路面使用寿命。
The differences between high modulus asphalt mixture BBME-13 and SBS modified asphalt mixture AC-13 were compared and analyzed in terms of gradation,high-temperature stability,low-tem⁃perature crack resistance,water stability,dynamic modulus,and fatigue life.The results showed that the gra⁃dation of BBME-13 is finer than AC-13.BBME-13 has better rutting resistance.The dynamic modulus of BBME reaches 16262 MPa,which is 130.5%higher than AC-13.At the same time,the dynamic stability at 70℃exceeded 6000 times/mm,an increase of 68.4%compared to AC-13.Thereafter,the low-tem⁃perature bending failure strain of BBME-13 was basically consistent with AC-13,both exceeding 2800με.It indicates that BBME-13 has more outstanding deformation resistance and fatigue resistance under low tem⁃perature conditions.Ultimately,the use of BBME-13 in the upper layer can improve road performance and extend road service life.
