溃疡性结肠炎类器官的构建与研究进展

Construction and research progress of organoids in ulcerative colitis

溃疡性结肠炎是指发生在结直肠的慢性非特异性炎性疾病,该病病因尚未阐明,目前无法有效治愈。目前认为,肠上皮细胞机械屏障受损是溃疡性结肠炎发病的重要因素,黏膜愈合是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的长期目标,黏膜愈合基础上的组织学愈合或深度愈合是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的最终目标。随着新型三维溃疡性结肠炎类器官在体外的成功构建,该模型在体外可模拟肠道复杂的结构和功能,为研究结肠发育和疾病的进展提供新平台,本文就溃疡性结肠炎类器官的起源以及近几年在溃疡性结肠炎的应用与研究进展进行综述。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease of the colon and rectum.The etiology of the disease has not been clarified and can not be effectively cured.At present,it is considered that the damage of mechanical barrier of intestinal epithelial cells is an important factor in the pathogenesis of UC.Histological healing or deep healing based on mucosal healing is an important goal of UC treatment.The new three-dimensional UC organoids can successfully simulate the complex structure and function of intestine in vitro,which provides a new platform for the study of colon development and disease progress.This paper reviewed the origin of UC organoids and their application and research progress in UC in recent years.
