湿地资源调查试点探索的大丰实践与经验 被引量:1

摘要 湿地资源专项调查是自然资源调查的重要内容,探索新时代新要求下的湿地调查技术方法具有重要意义。本文结合江苏省盐城市大丰区湿地调查试点实践,从依法明确湿地概念内涵、面向管理确定湿地调查工作分类、有限界定湿地调查的目标与任务、差别确定湿地调查的类别与内容等方面致力明晰湿地调查基本要求;又从总体技术路线、湿地图斑调查、湿地样地调查和重点湿地区调查等方面构建湿地调查技术方法,试点获得了大丰区湿地调查成果,并从湿地质量评价和保护修复建议2方面进一步深化湿地调查成果应用;再从湿地调查类别体系、湿地边界划定方法和湿地调查组织模式3个方面对大丰区湿地调查实践创新进行了经验总结,可为其他地区开展湿地资源专项调查提供参考。 Investigations of wetland resources is a crucial part of natural resource surveys.Thus,it is important to explore wetland methods under the new requirements of the modern era.This study was based on a pilot wetland investigation in Dafeng District,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province.First,this study clarifies the basic requirements of wetland investigation based on defining the lawbased concept of wetlands,determining management-oriented classification of wetland investigation,specifying objectives and tasks of wetland investigation,and determining the types and contents of wetland investigation.Based on the wetland investigation technology method constructed from the aspects of the overall technical route,and wetland map,sample,and key wet area surveys,wetland survey results of Dafeng District were experimentally obtained.Further applications of these results were explored in a wetland quality evaluation,protection,and restoration suggestions.Finally,this paper summarizes the innovation of wetland survey practices in Dafeng District based on the wetland investigation category system,boundary delimitation method,and organizational model.The findings provide a reference for special wetland resource investigations in other regions.
