摘要 水动力空化降解技术是一种很有前景的有机废水处理技术.文中综述了近年来国内外学者在水动力空化降解理论和实际应用方面的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.首先对水动力空化形成的原因、空化效应、空泡溃灭影响因素及水动力空化降解的机理方面进行了总结和评述:水动力空化降解机理可分为“水相燃烧”反应机理、自由基反应和机械作用.水动力空化降解的实质是利用水动力空化效应来处理有机废水,空泡溃灭又是产生空化效应的原因.其次是对水动力空化降解的实际应用从水动力空化装置和水动力空化降解工艺2方面进行了介绍:文丘里管和孔板是2种最常见的水动力空化装置;水动力空化降解、化学剂及催化剂的联合工艺,水动力与声空化联合工艺及多种方式联合工艺对有机废水都有较好效果,但没有普适性.最后,探讨了目前研究中存在的问题并对空化降解技术的未来进行了展望,为进一步有效利用水动力空化技术提供参考. Hydrodynamic cavitation degradation technology is a promising organic wastewater treatment technology.In this paper,the research progress in theoretical research and the practical application of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years was reviewed and the future research directions were prospected.Firstly,the theoretical research and progress of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation was introduced,and the causes of cavitation formation and cavitation effects,influencing factors of cavitation collapse and the mechanism of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation were summarized and reviewed.The mechanism of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation can be divided into″water phase combustion″reaction mechanism,free radical reaction and mechanical action.The essence of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation is to use the hydrodynamic cavitation effect to treat organic wastewater.Cavitation collapse is also the cause of the cavitation effect.Secondly,the actual application of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation was introduced from two aspects:the hydrodynamic cavitation device and the hydrodynamic cavitation degradation process.In terms of the regarding hydrodynamic cavitation devices,the Venturi tube and orifice plate are the most common.In terms of the degradation process,the hydrodynamic cavitation degradation the combined process of hydrodynamic cavitation degradation,and the chemical agents and catalysts,the combined process of hydrodynamics and acoustic cavitation,and various integrated processes have sound effects on organic wastewater,but they are not universally applicable.Finally,the problems existing in the current research were discussed to provide a reference for further practical use of hydrodynamic cavitation technology,and the future of cavitation degradation technology was prospected.
