旅游循环经济模式下的景中村发展机制与路径研究

Study on the Development Mechanism and Path of Villages in Scenic Spots under the Model of Tourism Circular Economy

发展旅游循环经济是景中村转型的重要举措,为了解决景中村在发展的过程中严重依赖景区资源,产业结构单一,空心化、异质化程度较高,城市化进程较慢等问题。课题组立足于景中村与风景区的耦合关系,以“减量化、再循环、再利用”为原则,分析景中村发展旅游循环经济的重要内涵,探究以“制度体系、源动力、目标与评价机制”为核心的发展机制,最终提出“旅游业+现代农业产业”模式、“旅游业+康养服务产业”模式、“旅游业+文化产业”模式、“旅游业+电商产业”模式四种旅游循环经济模式下的景中村发展路径。结果表明,旅游循环经济模式具有投入少、利用率高、体验性强的特点,既满足新时代旅游经济的发展需求,也符合景中村自身的发展特点。本研究有助于创新经济体系,为乡村振兴战略提供重要素材,为实现农业农村现代化提供重要参考。

Developing a tourism circular economy is an important measure for the transformation of villages in scenic spots.In order to solve the problems of heavy dependence on scenic resources,single industrial structure,high degree of hollowing out and heterogeneity,and slow urbanization process in the process of development,villages in scenic spots are facing.The research group is based on the coupling relationship between villages in scenic spots and scenic areas,and follows the principles of“reduction,recycling,and reuse”to analyze the important connotation of developing tourism circular economy in villages in scenic spots.It explores the development mechanism centered on“institutional system,source power,goals,and evaluation mechanism”,and ultimately proposes four development paths of villages in scenic spots under the tourism circular economy models:the“tourism+modern agricultural industry”model,“tourism+health service industry”model,“tourism+cultural industry”model and“tourism+e-commerce industry”model.The results indicate that the tourism circular economy model has the characteristics of low investment,high utilization rate,and strong experience,which not only meets the development needs of the tourism economy in the new era,but also conforms to the development characteristics of villages in scenic spots themself.The study contributes to innovate the economic system,provides important materials for rural revitalization strategies,and provides important references for achieving agricultural and rural modernization.
