摘要 为探究1-MCP处理对秋月梨果实采后品质及生理的影响,使用不同浓度1-MCP(0.5、1.0μg/L)对秋月梨果实进行熏蒸处理,测定贮藏期间果实品质指标(果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可滴定酸含量等)和生理指标(呼吸强度、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性等)。结果表明,贮藏至105 d时,1-MCP处理秋月梨果实腐烂率和裂皮率仅为8.3%,而CK腐烂率达到58.3%、裂皮率为33.3%。此外,1-MCP处理可延缓秋月梨果实硬度、维生素C含量、可滴定酸含量的下降,抑制呼吸强度、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性的上升。1-MCP处理对秋月梨采后贮藏保鲜有着良好的效果。 To investigate the effects of 1-MCP treatment on postharvest quality and physiology of‘Akizuki’pear fruits,different concentrations of 1-MCP(0.5μg/L,1.0μg/L)were used to fumigate the pear fruits.During storage,various quality indicators(fruit hardness,soluble solid content,vitamin C content,titratable acid content)and physiological indicators(respiration rate,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity)of the fruits were measured.The results showed that after storage for 105 days,the decay rate and skin cracking rate of the 1-MCP treated‘Akizuki’pear fruits were only 8.3%,while for the control group,the decay rate reached 58.3%and the skin cracking rate was 33.3%.In addition,1-MCP treatment delayed the decrease in fruit hardness,vitamin C content,and titratable acid content of the‘Akizuki’pear fruits,and inhibited the increase in respiration rate,MDA content,SOD activity,and POD activity.1-MCP treatment showed a positive effect on the postharvest preservation of‘Akizuki’pears.
