基于TQI-T的高速铁路道岔区轨道几何不平顺状态评价方法 被引量:4

摘要 高速道岔的轨道几何不平顺状态直接影响其服役性能,较大的道岔区段轨道几何不平顺可能导致列车过岔时通过性能下降,出现晃车、抖车等现象,影响旅客的乘坐舒适性,然而现有基于TQI的轨道几何均值管理标准在道岔区的应用效果仍有待提高。针对道岔区轨道几何不平顺评价问题,采用基于区段道岔定位指数与置信系数的道岔精确定位方法,实现轨道几何检测数据中道岔关键结构的精确定位,同时综合考虑CN系列道岔动态轨距优化对轨距与轨向检测数据的影响,根据CN系列道岔各岔枕设计轨距加宽值与实测值之差计算实际轨距与轨向不平顺,提出基于道岔区轨道质量指数(TQI-T)的高速铁路道岔轨道几何不平顺评价方法,针对性评价高速铁路道岔区段轨道几何不平顺状态。经实测数据验证,基于区段道岔定位指数与置信系数的道岔精确定位技术能够综合考虑岔区前后多组道岔相互位置关系,快速确定各组道岔尖心轨尖端里程,同时,相比现有TQI评价方式,TQI-T能够更为精确地对道岔及其前后一定范围内轨道几何不平顺进行针对性评价,将同组道岔历次轨道几何评价结果方差降低50%。综上,基于TQI-T的高速铁路道岔区轨道几何不平顺状态评价方法具有更好的准确性和一致性,可为道岔区轨道几何不平顺整治工作提供科学指导。 The track geometric irregularity of high-speed turnout has a direct impact on its service performance.The large geometric irregularity of the track in the turnout section may lead to the decline of the passing performance of the train when passing through the turnout,resulting in shaking,jittering and other phenomena,affecting the comfort of passengers.However,the application effect of the existing track geometric mean-value management standard based on TQI in the turnout area still needs to be improved.Aiming at the evaluation of track geometric irregularity in the turnout section,the accurate positioning method of turnout based on the Section Turnout Positioning Index and Confidence Coefficient was adopted to realize the accurate positioning of the key structure of turnout in the track geometric inspection data.The influence of CN series turnout with FAKOP on the track gauge and track alignment inspection data was comprehensively considered,and the actual gauge and track alignment irregularity was calculated according to the difference between the CN series of turnouts each sleeper design gauge widening value and the measured value.Thus the Track Quality Index of Turnout(TQI-T)was put forward as an evaluation method of high-speed railway turnout track geometric irregularity.Verified by the measured data,the accurate turnout positioning technology based on the Section Turnout Positioning Index and Confidence Coefficient can comprehensively consider the mutual position relationship of multiple groups of turnouts in a section of track,and quickly determine the mileage of each group of turnouts.At the same time,compared with the existing TQI evaluation methods,TQI-T can more accurately evaluate the track geometric irregularities in the turnout area,and reduce the variance of every track geometry evaluation results of the same turnout by 50%.Therefore,the TQI-T based evaluation method for track geometric irregularities in turnout area of high-speed railway has better accuracy and consistency,which can provide scientific guidance for the maintenance of track geometric irregularities in turnout area.
