摘要
基于装备特点和科研生产,以数字化转型为目标,从组织架构、管控体系、管理流程、信息化手段等方面构建以科研生产流程为主线的一体化管控体系,围绕装备设计、制造、运维3个阶段,通过IT工具研究探索转变业务模式、创新管理方式、优化管理流程等方式,不断改进和提升装备全寿命周期业务管控运行机制,推动形成装备低成本高质量可持续发展的新格局。
Based on the characteristics of equipment and scientific research production,with the goal of digital transformation,an integrated control system with scientific research production processes as the main line is constructed from the aspects of organizational structure,control system,management process and information technology.Around the three stages of equipment design,manufacturing and operation and maintenance,IT tools are used to research and explore ways to transform business models,innovate management methods and optimize management processes.Continuously improve and enhance the operational mechanism of equipment lifecycle business control,and promote the formation of a new pattern of low-cost,high-quality and sustainable development of equipment.
