Research on Key Technologies of Government Service Precision Governance Based on Knowledge Graph

针对政府管理社会公共事务、化解社会矛盾的迫切需求,提出知识图谱概念与应用,通过大规模多源异构数据获取、多模态异构数据的知识图谱构建、知识图谱的政务精准治理与服务等关键技术的研究,辅助政府决策,实现精准治理,提高政府公信力。

In response to the urgent need for government management of social public affairs and the resolution of social conflicts,the concept and application of knowledge graphs are proposed.This involves research on key technologies such as building large-scale,multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition,constructing knowledge graphs from multimodal heterogeneous data,and using knowledge graphs for precise governance and service in government affairs.These efforts aim to assist government decision-making,achieve precise governance,and enhance government credibility.
