摘要 通过优化不同季节水温变化膜系统余氯监控、差压监控、阻垢剂关键药剂的控制等运行方式,研究优化常规化学清洗、深度化学清洗,药剂浓度调整、清洗步骤及时间等关键技术的应用,形成了科学有效的海水淡化膜系统运行寿命管理。该项目的优化研究和应用,确保了海水淡化产水合格,延长了海水淡化膜寿命,提高设备可靠性,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 By optimizing the operation modes of residual chlorine monitoring,differential pressure monitoring,and control of key agents for scale inhibitors in membrane systems with different seasonal water temperature changes,the application of key technologies such as conventional chemical cleaning,deep chemical cleaning,agent concentration adjustment,cleaning steps and time has been studied and optimized,forming a scientific and effective management of the operating life of seawater desalination membrane systems.The optimization research and application of this project have ensured the qualified production of seawater desalination water,extended the service life of seawater desalination membranes,improved equipment reliability,and had good economic and social benefits.
