QuEChERS结合LC-MS/MS法测定灯盏花中农药残留 被引量:1

Determination of 29 Prohibited Pesticide Residues in Erigeron breviscapus by QuEChERS Combined with LC-MS/MS

摘要 建立了灯盏花农药残留的LC-MS/MS测定方法。采用1%冰醋酸为溶剂,提取,经固相分散萃取管(QuEChERs净化管)净化,液相色谱-串联质谱法检测。经实验,农药残留线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,平均回收率为75.5%~122.9%,RSD为0.8%~8.0%;精密度RSD为0.31%~3.45%,方法检出限为0.005~0.100 mg/kg;定量限为0.015~0.300 mg/kg。 A method for the determination of 29 prohibited pesticide residues in Erigeron breviscapus by QuEChERS LC-MS/MS was established.1%Glacial acetic acid was used as solvent,extracted by homogenizer,purified by solid phase dispersion extraction,detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and monitored by multiple reactions(MRM).The experiment showed that the linear relationship of 29 prohibited pesticide residues in Erigeron breviscapus was good,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.99,the average recovery was 75.5%-122.9%,and the RSD was 0.8%-8.0%;The RSD of the method was 0.31%-3.45%,and the detection limit was 0.005-0.100 mg/kg;The limit of quantitation is 0.015-0.300 mg/kg.The established method can scientifically and effectively detect 29 kinds of pesticide residues in Erigeron breviscapus,and can be widely used for the monitoring of banned pesticides in Erigeron breviscapus and Chinese medicinal materials.
