摘要
基于焦炉炉顶空间温度对产品收率及蒸氨废水指标的影响实验数据,运用SPSS软件进行炉顶空间温度对产品收率及蒸氨废水指标相关性分析,并且建立回归模型,得到焦炉炉顶空间温度最优控制温度为767℃,为炉顶空间温度的进一步研究提供一种简便、实用的数据分析和探究方法。
Based on the experimental data of the influence of the space temperature of the top of the furnace on the chemical yield and the indexes of the ammonia distillation waste water,the correlation analysis of the space temperature of the top of the furnace on the chemical yield and the indexes of the ammonia distillation wastewater was carried out by using SPSS software,and the regression model was established,the results show that the optimum control temperature is 767°C,which provides a simple and practical method of data analysis and exploration for the further study of the space temperature on the top of coke oven.
