江苏省民办高校国际化发展SWOT分析与对策研究

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the International Development of Private Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province

随着经济全球化的深入发展,国际化成为高等教育发展的一个显著特征。民办高校是我国高等教育事业的组成部分。在教育强省江苏,民办高校逐渐开始尝试国际化发展,初步取得了一些成效。但是在经济全球化的进程中,江苏省民办高校要满足充分参与国际竞争的需要,还存在着许多实际问题。文章借鉴SWOT分析法,通过对我国高等教育和民办高校国际化发展现状的研究,明确了现阶段江苏省民办高校国际化发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素,以SWOT矩阵为基础,为江苏省民办高等教育国际化发展提供相应的对策。

With the in-depth development of economic globalization,internationalization has become a prominent feature of the development of higher education.Private colleges and universities are an integral part of higher edu⁃cation in China.In Jiangsu,a strong education province,private colleges and universities have gradually begun to try to develop internationally,and have initially achieved some results.However,in the process of economic glo⁃balization,there are still many practical problems for private colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province to meet the needs of fully participating in international competition.Based on the SWOT analysis method,this paper clari⁃fies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internationalization of private colleges and uni⁃versities in Jiangsu Province at the present stage through the study of the current situation of the internationaliza⁃tion of higher education and private colleges and universities in our country.Based on the SWOT matrix,it pro⁃vides corresponding countermeasures for the international development of private higher education in Jiangsu Province.
