以“大思政”赋能构建“双螺旋”精准育人新路径

Construction of a New Path of“Double Helix”Precision Education Empowered by“Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education”

“大思政”的核心要义重点体现在时代性、现实性和实践性,其与精准思政在育人的目标、理念和思路上高度相关。基于此构建精准思政“双螺旋”育人模型——以思政课教师和辅导员、德育教师(或班主任)两支队伍撑起双链,中间各育人单元和各学段教育工作者配对衔接,“螺旋式上升”打造大中小学一体化精准思政协同育人新路径。

Understanding and grasping the core essence of“comprehensive ideological and political education”should focus on modernity,realizability and practicality,which are highly consistent with the goals,concepts and ideas of precision ideological and political education.Based on this,a“double helix”precision ideological and po⁃litical education model is constructed—the two teams of ideological and political teachers,counselors and moral education teachers(or class teachers)support the double chain,and each educational unit and educational work⁃ers of each period are between them,creating a new path for precision and collaborative ideological and political education based on the integration of primary schools,middle schools,and universities in a“spiral way”.
