摘要
为培养医学生的医学数字化技能,该研究创建3D打印技术联合计算机辅助设计(3DPCAD)的一门新型课程,并研究其在临床医学专业的教学实践效果。课程考核内容包括客观化考试和主观化问卷。考核结果显示:学生3DPCAD课程的学习成绩,包括基础理论、诊断分析和专业技能等,普遍高于常规课程;问卷调查结果显示,3DPCAD可以促进学生学习兴趣、临床思维能力、操作实践能力等方面的大幅提升。本研究表明,3DPCAD通过多学科交叉的沉浸式学习体验,激发学生求知欲、启发学生思考,使医学生不仅提高了医学专业技能水平,还初步掌握了设计和制造创新性诊疗产品的能力,其在数字化医学教育中具有良好的应用前景。
In order to cultivate medical students’digital medical competence,a new course of 3D printing technology combined with computer-aided design(3DPCAD)was created,and the teaching practice effect of the course in clinical medicine was studied.The course assessment included objective exams and subjective questionnaires.The assessment results showed that students’test scores of the 3DPCAD course including basic theory,diagnostic analysis,and professional skills,were generally higher than those of the conventional course.The questionnaire survey showed that 3DPCAD could significantly improve students’learning interest,clinical thinking ability,and operational practice ability.This study indicates that 3DPCAD stimulates students’curiosity and inspires their thinking through an immersive learning experience across multiple disciplines.It not only improves the level of medical professional skills of medical students,but also enables them to master the ability to design and manufacture innovative diagnostic and therapeutic products.The 3DPCAD course has good application prospects in digital medical education.
