智能升降桌主动交互方式的用户情感体验研究

摘要 目的在工作时长期久坐会导致多种疾病,而目前的办公家具尚未有效地解决此问题。通过研究智能升降桌主动交互方式及其用户的情感体验,解决工作久坐问题,并为办公家具设计提供新策略。方法通过对主动交互的相关成果进行研究,提出了智能升降桌4个等级的主动交互方式。基于绿野仙踪法模拟智能升降桌原型,应用SAM量表进行测量,获得60名被试者在高、低强度的工作任务下,对4个等级主动交互方式的情感体验数据,并结合行为观察与访谈结果进行综合分析,提出了智能升降桌主动交互设计策略。结论在高、低2组强度的工作任务下,被试者对4个等级主动交互方式的情感体验在愉悦度、唤醒度和支配度上均表现出显著差异。半主动征求指令(Level 2)在2种任务下的情感体验均优于其他3个等级,可优先选择作为智能升降桌的主动交互方式。在提升用户情感体验的同时,促进工作久坐问题的解决。在此结论的基础上,提出了3个设计策略,为未来智能办公家具设计提供思路。 Long-term sedentary work will lead to many diseases,but the current office furniture has not effectively solved this problem.The work aims to solve the problem of sedentary work by studying the proactive interaction mode of intelligent lift table and its user emotional experience and provide new strategies for office furniture design.Based on the research on the related achievements of proactive interaction,four levels of proactive interaction modes of intelligent lift table were proposed.Based on the prototype of the intelligent lift table simulated by the Wizard of Oz approaches,the SAM scale was used to measure the emotional experience data of 60 subjects on four levels of proactive interaction under high and low intensity work tasks,and conduct comprehensive analysis based on behavior observation and interview results.Then,the design strategy of the proactive interaction mode of the intelligent lift table was proposed.Under the high and low intensity tasks,the emotional experience of the subjects on the four levels of proactive interaction has significant differences in pleasure,arousal and dominance.The emotional experience of Level 2(semi-proactive asking for instructions)under the two tasks is better than that of other three levels,and this proactive interaction mode as an intelligent lift table can be preferentially selected to promote the emotional experience of users and solve the problem of sedentary work at the same time.Based on this conclusion,three design strategies are proposed to provide ideas for future intelligent office furniture design.
