为提升企业的经营生产收益,落实企业在现代化市场体系中可持续发展的目标,需要企业不断加强其自身的财务管理质量,同时,将先进的信息化技术渗透到财务管理的方方面面,以促进企业的信息化、现代化转型。就现阶段企业的内部财务信息化建设情况来看,仍有部分企业受到传统思维模式的限制,无法基于企业的自身发展需求精准、高效地落实财务信息化的建设与转型工作。文章通过对当下财务管理信息化系统建设与转型的特点和必要性进行分析,旨在帮助企业在明确转型必要性与目标的同时,结合信息化系统与管理观念的普及,来实现业财融合发展以及财务管理外延等战略目标,增强企业对其业务的统筹与管控,助力企业的转型升级。

In order to improve the operation and production income of enterprises and implement the goal of sustainable development of enterprises in the modern market system,enterprises need to continuously strengthen their own financial management quality,and penetrate advanced information technology into all aspects of financial management,so as to promote the informatization and modernization transformation of enterprises.As far as the internal financial informatization construction of enterprises is concerned at this stage,there are still some enterprises that are limited by the traditional thinking mode and cannot accurately and efficiently implement the construction and transformation of financial informatization based on their own development needs.By analyzing the characteristics and necessity of the current construction and transformation of financial management information system,this paper aims to help enterprises clarify the necessity and goals of transformation,combine the popularization of information system and management concepts,achieve strategic goals such as the integrated development of industry and finance and the extension of financial management,enhance the overall planning and control of their business,and help enterprises transform and upgrade.
