摘要
近年来,随着我国医疗体制改革与DRG医保付费模式的全面深化,整个医疗卫生行业的竞争程度愈演愈烈,同时各级医院的内部运营压力也在不断增加。在这种情况下,医院要想实现自身的正常运转及高质量创新发展,必须以战略发展规划为导向,适当加强对预算管理方面的细化与执行,以确保各项医疗活动得以顺利开展。基于此,文章围绕医院预算管理的实施背景展开研究,简要阐述了加强医院预算管理细化与执行的现实意义,深入分析医院预算管理细化与执行中面临的主要困境,并以此为基础综合探讨加强医院预算管理细化与执行的优化策略,希望能为我国医疗卫生事业开辟一条全新的变革发展路径。
In recent years,with the comprehensive deepening of China's medical system reform and DRG medical insurance payment model,the competition in the entire health care industry has become increasingly fierce,and the internal operational pressure of hospitals at all levels is also increasing.In this situation,in order to achieve normal operation and high-quality innovative development for hospitals,they must be guided by strategic development planning,and appropriately strengthen the refinement and execution of budget management to ensure the smooth implementation of various medical activities.Based on this,the article conducts research around the implementation background of hospital budget management,briefly elaborates on the pra ctical si gnificance o f st rengthening t he re finement a nd e xecution o f ho spital budg et ma nagement,de eply a nalyzes t he ma in difficulties faced in the refinement and execution of hospital budget management,and comprehensively explores optimization strategies for strengthening the refinement and execution of hospital budget management,hoping to open up a new path for the transformation and development of China's medical and health in dustry.
