业财融合视角下高校财务内控管理研究

在财务管理模式更新升级的过程中,要走出传统管理模式的误区,并引入新兴财务管理模式,在此过程中,业财融合发挥着巨大作用。对高校而言,业财融合可提升其内部管理控制质量,促进教学和科研工作开展,并持续推进内部管理模式的更新和升级,为高校发展开辟出新的道路。为此,文章以业财融合视角为出发点,从安全性、规范性、效率性和竞争性四个角度分析了高校内控管理的必要性,然后论述了业财融合视角下高校内控管理的不足,并提出了助力高校财务内控管理的对策,希望能够有助于高校财务内控管理的提高,进一步提升高校的财务管理水平,为高校的发展提供有力保障。

In the process of updating and upgrading financial management models,it is necessary to overcome the misconceptions of traditional management models and introduce emerging financial management models.In this process,the integration of industry and finance plays a huge role.For universities,the integration of industry and finance can improve the quality of internal management and control,promote teaching and research work,and continuously promote the updating and upgrading of internal management models,opening up new paths for the development of universities.Therefore,starting from the perspective of the integration of industry and finance,this article analyzes the necessity of internal control management in universities from four perspectives:security,standardization,efficiency,and competitiveness,and then discusses the shortcomings of internal control management in universities from the perspective of the integration of industry and finance,and points out the countermeasures to help improve financial internal control management in universities,hoping to contribute to the improvement of financial internal control management in universities to further enhance the level of financial management in universities,providing strong guarantees for the development of universities.
