新型全长压力型预应力抗浮锚杆施工技术研究——以长沙机场改扩建工程综合交通枢纽工程项目为例

摘要 抗浮锚杆技术在地下室工程中的应用非常广泛,是地下室项目中应对地下水浮力问题、增强地下工程稳固性的常用手段。传统抗浮锚杆存在耐久性和抗腐蚀性差、抗拔承载力低、节点防水性差等问题,为此,长沙机场改扩建工程综合交通枢纽工程项目应用新型全长压力型预应力抗浮锚杆施工技术,通过其抑制地下结构位移,保证整个建筑结构的稳定性。结果表明,该技术具有施工便捷、施工效率高、底板混凝土成型质量好等优点,提高了施工效率,节省了工程成本,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 Anti-floating anchor rod technology is widely used in basement engineering.It is a common means to deal with the problem of groundwater buoyancy and enhance the stability of underground engineering in basement projects.The traditional anti-floating anchor rod has problems such as poor durability and corrosion resistance,low uplift bearing capacity,and poor node waterproofing.In this regard,Changsha airport reconstruction and expansion engineering comprehensive transportation hub project applies a new full-length pressure-type prestressed anti-floating anchor rod construction technology to ensure the stability of the entire building structure by suppressing the displacement of the underground structure.The results show that the technology has the advantages of convenient construction,high construction efficiency and good forming quality of floor concrete,which improves the construction efficiency,saves the engineering cost,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
